New vaccine centres rollout - but not in Leicestershire

There are already some vaccine centers, and more are being rolled out today, which is good news, well done Boris, but still the Leicestershire is being ignored, why is that? Because London is the capital, and Manchester complains a lot? and Boris wants to reduce the so called north-south divide, ignoring the Midlands

New centers are being rolled out, and now include the over 70's and extremely vulnerable groups, but still no centers in Leicestershire - why not? this is the area with the most BAME?
