I still have not received the letter promised by Bankinter nearly three weeks ago confirming that they will not keep emptying or freezing my account and that if I pay the fees (which I dispute) they will leave me alone and take that payment as full and final settlement.
The thing is, my account is running low but I am reluctant to replenish funds because in the past Bankinter just make them disappear, but I need funds to pay utility bills etc. so I need there letter so I can résumé using the account
