Steak

Had a steak meal at home yesterday, it was really, really delicious, cooked to perfection, even though I say myself. I like them a bit bloody, but not roar, normally I don't enjoy steak, because its too expensive, but the local butchers had a half price voucher so I splashed out. I wonder, does the butcher lose money on this ? or does he normally make over 50% profit ? I'm in the wrong business.
